Lisha Lin, PhD, MPH
- Post-Doctoral Research Fellow
- Faculty
Dr. Lisha Lin is a postdoctoral research fellow specializing in leveraging large-scale omics data to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying complex aging-related diseases, including cardiometabolic diseases, chronic inflammation, and musculoskeletal disorders. Dr. Lin earned her Ph.D. in Epidemiological Science from the University of Michigan School of Public Health, where she studied the epigenetic associations with sociodemographic factors and cardiometabolic profiles in U.S. older adults and children. Her research integrates statistical genetics, bioinformatics, and epidemiology to advance the understanding of disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.
Dr. Lin’s research includes:
• “Omics” of aging
• Cardiometabolic diseases
• Social epidemiology
