Dr. Yael Koren is a post-doctoral fellow at the Hinda and Arthur Marcus Institute of Aging where she is working with the Healthy Aging Initiative team, an initiative to empower older adults to live their best lives through translational research. Dr. Koren is passionate about health equity and cultivating socially connected communities to support the health and well-being of older adults. She earned her PhD in Nursing with a focus on Population Health and Health Policy at the University of Massachusetts Boston and her nursing degree at the University of Vermont.
